What is a Group Claim?

Where a specific problem affects a large number of Consumers in the same manner, the most effective way of dealing with these is for those affected to ‘group’ together to amplify their voice and to give everyone the best chances of success. It is also a far more efficient use of Court time and reduces the risk of different Courts taking a different position when issuing Judgements.

How much will it cost?

The majority of cases will operate on a ‘no win no fee’ basis. It is hoped that the bulk of the costs of running your claim can be borne by the group, but if there are any costs involved these will be discussed with each Claimant as early in the process as possible.

What happens if my claim is unsuccessful?

Each Group Claim will be insured against losing. All we ask is that you tell us the whole circumstances of your case to ensure we are able to meet the Group obectives.

Why is a Group Claim right for me?

If lots of Consumers are affected in the same way, the these types of claim give a structured and singular approach to getting redress. This is especially important when instructing experts in the field, as they can often give much better insight and opinion when they have more information to work with.

How long will it take to conclude each claim?

Each Group Claim will run differently and the time to resolve them will depend on the complexity of the case and those involved.

Strength in numbers!

Whilst every case will be different and the specific circumstances of each Group will undoubtedly shape the plan, one thing is certain in that strength in numbers will almost always be a driving force to resolution.

My claim is specific to me. Is My Car Claim the right Team to use?

If your claim is a ‘one off’, then we would refer the case to the Reject My Car Team for them to assist.
