About My Car Claim

My Car Claim was founded in 2024 to take the lead in Consumer Group Actions relating to the Automotive sector.

In many cases when a Consumer finds themselves in difficulty, they are not the only one experiencing that specific issue and where the harm caused affects many Consumers in the same way, it is more efficient and effective for these claims to be raised ‘as one’.

Strength in Numbers

Our other Group firm Reject My Car specialise in individual cases where the circumstances are specific to the complaint, whereas My Car Claim specialises in Group Claims. Group Claims are fast becoming necessary due to the same breakdowns, defects and known issues affecting large volumes of Consumers.

These product issues are often repetitive resulting in the same components breaking down in the same way. A recent example of this would be the huge number of DPF failures affecting a particular brand of vehicle with almost all of the users experiencing the same issues, breakdowns and vehicle failures.

In these types of cases, the most effective route to redress is for all of those affected to come together to magnify their voice, and to give everyone a much greater chance of succeeding in their claim.
